  • Select: We help guide you through the final selection of the successful candidate. We conduct thorough reference checks and help negotiate offer details, ensuring a smooth and elegant on-boarding process.
  • Follow-up: We help our placements smoothly transition into their new positions, then follow up to make sure they are thriving. Not only are our candidates guaranteed for a year (or we repeat the search gratis) but we personally follow up with the candidates not chosen.
